A dynamic leader in the car rental industry is looking for an experienced Claims Administrator who is professional and friendly as well as passionate and innovative to join their resilient team based at their Pomona branch.
Position Overview
The purpose of the position is to ensure timely and accurate processing of damages to vehicles

Specific Role ResponsibilitiesJOB OUTPUTS
Ensure completeness of quality documentation,
Ensure completeness of all claims documentation,
Improve overall claims finalization timeframe,
Ensure compliance and implementation of company claims processes and policies,
Ensure continues development and implementation of the claims process,
Streamline of claims processes with the objective of improving the overall quality of claims process,
Updating all relevant claim information on Impress,
Assist with the issuing of repair orders,
Assist with the receipting of orders,
Inspect vehicles for quality of repairs from repairers,
Assist with the timeous claims invoicing when required,
Arrange necessary assessments of vehicles,
Liaise with all repairers regardinging the quoting of damaged vehicles,
Assist with the scanning of all claims related on Onbase,
Assist with the handling of customer complaints, requests and queries,
Assist with claims reporting as and when required,
Facilitate claims audits when required,
Qualifications and Experience
EXPERIENCE
2 years of car rental and/or claims experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Grade 12/ Senior Certificate
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Computer skills with high level of accuracy .
An unendorsed driversβ license.
