A retailer in the Northern suburbs is currently in search of a Change Management Coordinator to be responsible for developing business requirements from the ground up, and translating them into detailed functional requirement specifications with associated analysis
Description
Duties & Responisibilities:

Support development of new requirements:
Working closely with multiple teams, uncover underlying business issues that need to be addressed and discover any information related to possible future projects.
Capturing and specifying Requirements – Developing business requirement specifications - ensuring that the documentation of requirements is in a layout and format that can be easily shared and understood by stakeholders.
Analyse business and end-user requirements – Organizing, specifying and modelling the requirements to ensure they are complete and unambiguous.
Validating and Verifying Requirements – Making sure that the requirements map to the business need being addressed, that they are approved by all the appropriate stakeholders and that they meet clearly defined business objectives.
Establishing a β€˜trusted advisor’ relationship with the end-customer team, so as to be viewed as the point-of-contact for questions and ideas concerning requirements and functional scope.
Support the team in defining and delivering on audit requests

To support the various Massmart Internal Audit disciplines through a systematic and collaborative approach, through effective data gathering and extraction
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
To act as an early warning system to detect control failure in the target environments on in a timely manner, and to optimally use the IT environment and available resources.
Qualification & Requirements:

BA or BSc or similar in Information Technology or Retail related Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Business Analysis role or similar in a related industry.
Business Analysis skills – adapt in understanding business and technical processes,analyzing for core requirements and recording in a succinct and unambiguous fashion using standard BA techniques.
Good understanding of the role of Business Analysis and requirements control within the software development lifecycle.
Strong communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
