Cashier/Receptionist – BUCO George

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Represent the company as the first point of contract, whether telephonically or in person
Operate the reception switchboard
Take and relay messages effectively
Provide administrative and co-ordination support at Company functions
Distribution of emails, faxes, and other written communication
Receive payment by cash, cheque, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
Manage till floats.
Manage daily cash ups.
Relieve as a cashier (Receive payment by cash, cheque, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits)

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

Matric
Min 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Computer literacy (Microsoft, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
