Camp Administration Officer
A challenging vacancy exist for dynamic and highly motivated Administration Officer for Bergendal Rest Camp in the Marula Region - Kruger National Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following.
Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12(Mathematics or Accounting subjects) with and a Tertiary qualification in Administration or equivalent.
At least two yearsβ experience in administration environment.
Elementary Accounting
Computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Good written and verbal communication, valid code 08 driverβs licence.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interpret and analyse legislations.
Numerical Skills
Knowledge of Room seeker and Great Plains will be added as an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Personnel Management, i.e. Checking worksheet, attendance register, leave forms and overtime claims
Administration of all the camp vehicles, assist drivers to complete accident reports, make sure all drivers adhere to code of conduct as per SOP for driving official; vehicle.
Perform procurement services, i.e. Purchasing, Receiving and preparation invoices for payment.
Attending to administration, circulation and filing of all documentation and general office administration.
Petty cash administration.
Debtors and creditors administration.
General Office Administration.
