A leading digital company that uses innovative digital marketing channels are looking for a Call Centre Team Leader to join their team in Johannesburg. You will efficiently supervise the day to day operation of the outbound contact centre.

Your key job responsibilities as the Call Centre Team Leader in Johannesburg will include:
Efficiently supervise the day to day operation of the outbound contact centre
Ensuring that the immediate operational needs of staff and customers are properly addressed
Ensuring that all staff members adhere to the weekly performance targets
Allocate leads to agents ensuring they always have data to dial
Create campaign for all new data sets. Ensure all integration is tested and works before going live
Monitoring attendance and punctuality on daily basis
Reviewing and analysing Agent output – dials, talktime and sales. Include avg per teams here as well

Requirements for this Call Centre Team Leader job in Johannesburg:
Matric and minimum 1 year experience in a call centre environment in a supervisory/team leader role
Knowledge of Excel, CRM, Lead distribution

Proactive - capable of identifying and initiating change
Self-driven
Positive and energetic
Structured and detail orientated
Able to multi-task
Relationship building
