My client is looking to recruit 2 well spoken, customer service centric Call Centre Represeatives

Salary per month: R12000 basic inclusive of Company Medical Aid and Provident Fund as well as Incentives

Medical Aid Company has posts open for 2 task and results-driven call centre representatives with 1/2 years experience in a challenging call center environment. Individuals with an excellent track record of managing a high volume of calls in a calm and diplomatic manner with a solid record of success in trouble shooting and resolving problems. A committed and flexible team member who consistently achieves key performance objectives

Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:

Matric/Grade 12 Certification
MS Officewe
call center telephonic etiquette and technology
data entry and collation skills

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE’S RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

handle incoming calls from a national customer base
provide detailed information on services and products to customers
enter accurate and complete customer information into system
process orders within time frames
research and resolve service, product and billing issues
maintain updated records of all customer interactions
monitor and contact customers for renewals
produce weekly call reports for management
achieve and exceed key performance indicators in all areas
