Actively identify new opportunities with existing and new Customers. The Call Centre operator is to seek and engage customers to increased profit contribution and business growth.

1. Business growth across customer base
β€’ Support key stake holders in the Business to retain and grow the Customer base
β€’ Ensure the ownership of Protea Chemicals customers is continuously improved
β€’ Partake in the communications between customers and internal customers
β€’ Identify new opportunities with existing and new Customers
β€’ Proactively source information from Industry to gain an understanding of the processes and products.
β€’ Ensure profit margin levels are maintained

2. Customer experience
β€’ Ensuring agreed OTIF targets are achieved
β€’ Ensuring the customer response to queries; NC’s and quotes are within the agreed target time frames
β€’ Supporting internal customers achieving their targets

3. Efficiency and profitability improvements
β€’ Form part of the Operations team to Improve Customer experience and customer profitability
β€’ Support efficiency and improvement plans through continuously seeking opportunities
