JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide exceptional customer service at every opportunity
Build strong relationships with our clientele
Provide accurate and timeous information to our customers
Handle all incoming calls relating to reservations and general car rental queries. This includes: quotes; advice regarding best options; reservation confirmations and amendments
Liaising with branches re vehicle availability, deliveries, special requests etc.
Investigation and resolution of queries
Daily administrational duties
The successful incumbent must be willing and able to:

work shifts which include weekends and public holidays
be largely desk-bound
communicate telephonically and via email
REQUIREMENTS:

Essential
Proficient in English (speak, read, write)
Proven PC literacy
Preferred
Unendorsed code 08/EB driver’s license
Matric or equivalent
Previous experience in a service environment and/or call centre
