Call Centre Agent (Insurance Industry)
A well-established insurance company in Pretoria-East seeks to appoint two Call Centre Agents. No cold selling. The Call Centre Agents will work form an existing client database and will verify client information; determine eligibility and maintain the client database.
Responsibilities:
Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information
Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Minimum Requirements
3 โ 5 Years Call Centre experiences
RE5 will be a benefit
Multilingual: The ability to speak various languages
Excellent telephone skills and the ability to capture information on the system while speaking on the phone
High level of accuracy
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic salary of R5,500 + a very good commission
