We are currently looking for a full-time Call center consultant / agent who will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in products we offer and will be responsible for assisting customers in completing purchases online and over the phone. You will also inform customers of the product terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.
Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Research required information using available resources.
Research, identify and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
Route calls to appropriate resources.
Basic computer (end user skills) required
Grade 12 /matric or equivalent qualifications.
No experience required.
Good communication skills.
Ability to adapt to new settings and learn quickly.
