Introduction
Alexander Forbes is looking for a Call Centre Agent to Increase number of clients, number of investment accounts and assets under management, in a range of products & portfolios catering for various investment needs, by providing excellent service, and doing so as efficiently as possible while managing risk.

Main Purpose
To Increase number of clients, number of investment accounts and assets under management, in a range of products & portfolios catering for various investment needs, by providing excellent service, and doing so as efficiently as possible while managing risk.
Required Experience
Minimum One (1) to Three (3) years Client Servicing Experience within the Retirement Fund or LISP Product Administration environment.
Understanding of daily priced unitized investments.
Legislative Knowledge specific to Living Annuity Administration, Pension Fund Act, Income Tax Act & Long Term Insurance Act, including FSB & SARS directives.
Know Compass system
Know Microsoft CRM
Can use Microsoft Word & Outlook effectively
Possess the following management competencies: conflict management, emotional intelligence, problem solving, planning & organising, delegating, controlling, motivation, coaching, feedback, performance management, change management, communication.
Profile
Formal Qualifications
Minimum of Grade Twelve (12) with Mathematics
A three year Tertiary Qualification or studying towards Retirement Industry or Wealth Management Industry Qualifications and or related.
