Qualifications and Experience
๏ท Diploma or Advanced Certificate @ NQF Level 6 qualification.
๏ท Call Centre/ Help Desk qualification will be an added advantage.
๏ท Relevant 2 year's client service experience of which 6 months should have been in a similar environment.
Purpose of the Job: is responsible for providing administrative duties, answering calls from both internal and external stakeholders. Attend to queries and provide information.

๏ท Attend to social media queries.
๏ท Attend to email queries.
๏ท Complete and correct claim information on the system.

๏ท Stakeholder relations.
