Our Company is looking For Call Center Agents / Customer Care Consultants to Work Immediately, Inbound, Customer Service & Multi media departments. Should be able to start Immediately. A Minimum Qualification of Grade 12/ Matric Needed. Experienced and Non Experienced Are Welcome as Job Induction will be Provided before Commencing.

And Candidates will be Enrolled to do the following;

Candidates will be Performing General Call Center duties , And Attending to Clients Queries.
Obtaining client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
Determining eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Establisheing policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
Informing clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Maintaining communication equipment by reporting problems.

Start up Salary R4500 to 12000p/m. Ideal Personnel Should Posses the following Characteristics.

Good human interaction skills

Friendly, yet still professional
Good in all forms of communication, whether telephone, online or in person
A good listener who can also understand and interpret what the customer means
A problem solver
Thorough and detail oriented
Patient and empathetic.
