Key Performance Areas
Assist claimants with completing and correctly filling in the claim forms.
Assist claimants with details of claims officer.
Attend to social media queries.
Attend to email queries.
Complete and correct claim information on the system.
Document administration.
Data capture.
Stakeholder relations.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Advanced Certificate @ NQF Level 6 qualification.
Call Centre/ Help Desk qualification will be an added advantage.
