Job Description
AEL is looking to recruit 4x Business Administrator Learnerships to work in Modderfontein. To effectively co-ordinate the Safety and Health function. To provide an administrative and secretarial service for Health, Safety and EAR as well as to coordinate AEL Workmen’s personnel administration.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform secretarial duties for the function.

• Support continual business improvement and change management.
• Comply with governance and established policies, systems, procedures and practices.
• Comply with Safety, Health and Environment standards.

Qualifications & Experience
• Relevant degree or diploma or NQF equivalent.
• 1 year in an administration environment with supervisory experience.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent understanding of the Health & Safety process.
• Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to write reports.
