Job Description
Tracking Vehicles from origin to destination
Handling and following up on Customer queries
Handling and following up on Vehicle Alerts
Administration of Vigil+ for the client
Log faulty units with the relevant support teams
This is a 24/7 operation
Own transport
Must be able to work shifts, over weekends and public holidays

Job Requirements
Computer literate (Word, Excel and outlook)
Knowledge of South African Geography
Good communicational skills required
Good Telephone etiquette
Able to work under extreme pressure
Strong self-management skills
Self-motivated
Team player
Strong verbal and written Communication skills
