Key Tasks:
Perform the main administrative functions of the Branch and act the main contact point for staff and clients as well as vendors/ suppliers
Maintain accurate records and files
Ensure branch policies and procedures are followed at all times
Organize and co-ordinate the paperwork for Branch Committee meetings, and provide support to the Branch Manager when planning and running the meetings.
Attend Branch meetings and take minutes at each meeting.
Distribution of agenda and papers ahead of the meetings.
Maintain and up-date both the staff and client database for the branch
Develop branch communications with reps/distributors
