Minimum Requirements

Advanced excel skills
Experience in high volume data capture
Accuracy and speed is essential
Preferably experience in the courier/logistics industry
Parcel Perfect experience will be an advantage
Professional telephone manner
Work well under pressure
Own transport
Team player
Job Specification

Checking and verifying of data for billing purposes
Approving billing
Weekly, bi weekly and monthly invoicing
Daily updating of incidents on Parcel Perfect
Maintaining a professional relationship with customers
Ensuring customers have all relevant documents to guarantee on time payments
Meeting strict billing deadlines
Other admin duties that may be reasonably requested of you from time to time.
