The forum company is looking for a professional, highenergy enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. To create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

Communicate clearly and concisely, maintaining a friendly and efficient service at all times.
Prepare alcohol or nonalcohol beverages for bar.
Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks.
Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Plan and present bar menu.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Handling credit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and balancing the cash register.
Maintaining a clean work area.
Developing new cocktail recipe

Skills
Matric
Relevant training certificate OR Diploma.
1 2 years proven working experience as a barman.
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
Computer literate

Behavioural Competencies

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean.
Be willing to work long shift and weekends when required.
Strong time management ability.
