Good knowledge of Pluspoint, Apex Sales and Catering
Must be familiar with all the banqueting requirements
Has good administrative skills
Must have strong sales techniques
Be fully computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
Record both verbal and telephonic requests
Be accurate and thorough with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure
Good communication skills
