Position Synopsis:

Our client is based in Pietermaritzburg and they are looking to hire a Banking CSR / Enquiries Consultant with with previous banking experience for a 3 months contract.

Job Description:

Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Maintain customer databases.
Manage administration.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Follow up on customer interactions.

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
Must have worked in a Bank as a CSR or Enquiries Clerk within the last 4 years.
Must not have been dismissed from the bank previously.
Must be criminal & credit clear.
