Minimum 5 years experience in the porcelain manufacturing of Press process
Operating and Regulation skills to manage Press Machine
Check and Test Quality of Powder to ensure according to procedure standards before pressing
Maintain quality on underbody glaze on bisk (raw tile)
Ensure that Mould (die plate) is changed at Press according to Tile Design Specification
Development and Design Analysis on Tiles from Press
Accurate pressing as per Product Formula
Strict Control on Quality
Change Technical Parameters as required to meet the standard required
Maintain Pneumatic and Hydraulics at Press
Accurate records to be maintained and recorded at all time at the Press to conform with ISO Standard.
Responsible for Mechanical and Electrical equipment and machinery at the Press
Mechanical and Electrical fault finding when break down occurs
Maintenance on Machinery and Equipment at Press

Maintain Inventory stock holding for mechanical and electrical spares from China
Responsible to ensure that Health and Safety standard are maintained.
On the Job Training of Press Employees to Operate Mechanical Machines
Maintain Housekeeping for Press
Comply to Company’s Rules and Regulations at all time.
Minimum 5 years experience in the porcelain manufacturing of Press process.

Technical Qualification required.
