Bounty Apparel is the footwear and apparel division of Bounty Brands.

Providing premium customer service and a great shopping experience, this role is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in organizing, controlling, planning and managing the operations of retail stores. This includes driving results to ensure that personal, team, and store sales and productivity goals are achieved.

Current vacancies exist in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Polokwane.

Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis.
Product Knowledge.
Keep up-to-date with daily sale figures and personal targets.
Operating the till and accurately handling cash/ card transactions under Manager’s supervision or instruction.
Assist with cashing up procedures in conjunction with the Store Manager.
Providing styling advice and add on sales.
Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge.
Assisting customers with locating merchandise, answering queries or concerns.

Follow up on customer requests, orders, and queries, stock control in conjunction with the Store Manager.
Set up advertising displays or arrange merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.
Ensure the store and displays are clean and tidy at all times.
Receiving deliveries, unpacking and re-shelving or storing stock on manager’s instruction.
Replenishing shelves on a daily basis.
Assist with regular stock checks and stock takes.
Participate in the day-to-day running of the store.
Being vigilant at all times and help minimize stock loss.
Adhere to Health and Safety practices.
Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
Assist in supervising the team.
Education & Experience Requirements

Essential: Matric
Essential: At least 2+ years relevant sales experience, within a retail environment.
Desired: Experience in supervising and leading a team.
