The ideal candidate should have:

- Previous experience in Management in the hospitality industry (minimum 3 years)

- Strong financial management and administration skills

- Ability to work shifts

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

- Keen eye for detail

- Ablility to motivate staff to perform at their best

- Charisma, motivation, & drive
