Assistant Financial Manager

💰Salary	R600,000 - R680,000 pa cost to company

About the Position

Passionate about financial management and analytical, with an eye for detail;
Technically up to date with IFRS and sound working knowledge of taxation and an expert on group reporting;
Skilled communicator - both verbal and written at all levels;
Ability to carry out various ad hoc duties as required from time to time;
Able to work proficiently in Microsoft Excel, and Word and comfortable with consolidation and accounting systems and processes; Insight and Caseware experience advantageous;
Experienced in benchmarking, formulation of accounting policies, able to provide technical input and assistance (emerging issues re IFRS, Tax, and Companies Act etc.);
Skilled at performing financial reviews and analysis;
Skilled at providing support and maintain service levels to all internal stakeholders;
Able to liaise with external and internal audit regarding all aspects of the audit process;
Able to contribute at exceptional levels as a member of the reporting team, and be a key role player within the team.
Minimum requirements:

Qualified CA (SA) with one-year post articles experience
