Job Description An opportunity has become available for a Recoveries Arrears Management Consultant in our Sandton offices.
Description Of Your Skill and Experience Education:
Graduate
1 to 2 years collection experience
Work Experience:
Must have experience in a recoveries or collection department
Preparing credit minutes and presenting to credit is a bonus
Must have excel experience
Skills:
Computer literacy
Proven admin skills exposure
Attention to detail
Assertive

Good time management and ability to work under pressureThe Result โข Managing pre-legal arrears and having full accountability of the book allocated for collection
Being responsible for weekly reporting on the arrears position to the Recoveries Team leader
Daily updating of internal systems in respect of matters being dealt with and other team reporting and capturing tasks
Weekly meetings with consultants and clients
Must have an understanding of the industries and have knowledge on the market
Must be able to negotiate with clients and consultants
Must be able to present to Credit
Must have risk awareness
Running weekly excel reports for the team
