Well known restaurant franchise requires area managers.

As an Area Manager you will manage the daily operations of a number of restaurants. The Area Manager overseas financial performance, ensures compliance with food safety standards, and maintains the franchise standards of operations.

You must take ownership of operations in these stores by providing leadership, training and development of store managers and personell.





- relevant experience within the restaurant industry

- outstanding leadership and coaching abilities

- excellent problem solving skills

- a great understanding and passion for the restaurant industry

- abiity to travel 75% of the time

- ability to work independantly and follow schedules

- positve attitude and ethics which support the company values and culture

- availability to work flexi hours to manage, build and operate restaurants effeciently

- excellent written and verbal communication skills

- experience with Pilot and Trident POS systems advantageous

- must have a valid driver's license and own transport
