My client is going through some exciting changes - redesigning and upgrading their systems throughout the Group, and using this opportu ity to intoduce a “New way of working” initiative which will change the way the Company operates and does business.

The ideal candidate will be an Agile Coach that has solid experience in a corporate environment. Experience is key

The ideal candidate will be an Agile coach that has experience in a most of the Frameworks (SAFe, DAD, LEAN, XP,

SCRUM)

Support the Agile House in driving the implementation of Agile principles and practices across the Group Technology portfolio.
Assist in driving the Enterprise Agile transformation for the Group.
Assist in creating internal capabilities to coach and mentor the new roles in the Agile ways of working.
Assist in creating internal capabilities to train the new roles in the Agile ways of working
Guiding Solution Delivery teams and the organisation on how to use Agile practices and values
Guiding the team on how to get the most out of self-organisation

Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organisation

Critical Requirement:

No PM background or recent PM experience. Must be a true Agile purist.
Banking experience not a must but will count in their favour
Need to be certified in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) as a minimum requirement

Need to be an expert user in JIRA (must be export in the workings, reporting, etc.), including add-ons like Confluence, etc.
Candidate must be a generalist
Worked on Deliverable based project
Worked on Development Type projects
Educational Requirements:

Business, IT or Engineering degree.
Relevant Agile certifications (Agile Project Management registered practitioner, Scrum Product Owner, Agile team facilitation, SAFe Agilist)
Professional Scrum Master level I required
Professional Scrum Master level 2 preferred
Certified in at least some of the following: SAFe, Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), LEAN, XP, SCRUM)
Process Engineering methods and techniques like Lean, 6 Sigma, Outside In, CMM, Theory of Constraints, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
Membership of professional body/association
