After Hour Travel Consultant

We are looking for a problem solvers, customer focused, and team player. The candidate must have a sense of emergency and are empowered to do “what it takes” to solve any problem encountered by the corporate traveler.

What will you do?

Complete domestic and/or international travel arrangements for clients which may include air, hotel, ground transportation, and rail
Support one or more accounts
Interact with traveler or travel arranger and provides 1st level of support for customer service.
Ensure compliance of a clients travel policy while utilizing agency preferred vendors to maximize profit
Adhere to company standards in delivering customer service including telephone and email etiquette, and follow prescribed customer service escalation procedure.
Follow company standards regarding procedures, utilization of tools, productivity, accuracy of work, and attendance
Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative working environment
