Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
At least three (3) years of experience with administrative work with a focus on organisational-related tasks, budget management, finance accountability and budget tracking and invoicing, ideally in an international context.
Event organising skills, including stakeholder engagement, event management and communications, travel and accommodation bookings, including supporting visa arrangements (preferably internationally).
Ability to communicate complex ideas in clear, concise terms (written and verbally).
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient with virtual meeting technology, use of internet-based software for calendaring/scheduling, google drive, and other online communication and collaboration technologies.
A commitment to your own personal growth and development.
Fluent in English and French.
Experience and strong skills for the basic financial numeracy to do budget tracking, accurate invoicing and other financial administration tasks.
Desired (but not required) skills and experiences
High level proficiency in Google Suite and Zoom Video Conferencing preferred.
Has an interest in climate change or other social & environmental justice issues, and/or experience working in international contexts across a variety of cultures
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working both independently and in teams, highly responsive, and able to lead initiatives as well as take direction from others.
