Administrator/Sales Support
A maternity cover position has just become available within our company. We are a Durban North based business looking for an Administrator/Sales Support lady to take up this position, with immediate effect. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage internal relationships with all customers
Processing Quotes
Processing Proforma invoices
Invoicing customers and processing orders
Handle inquiries regarding customer orders
Office sales (walk-in customers)
Follow up on outstanding accounts
Capturing customer information on company CRM system

Allocating βaccounts receivablesβAfter sales support
Completing purchase requisitions
Daily reports
Relevant filling
Personal Assistant to Sales Manager
Booking and following up on courier deliveries.
Handling and doing recons for consignment orders
Being knowledgeable regarding the services and products offered by the company.
Working along sales reps to support them with customer queries
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Being client oriented - polite, responsive and persistent
Being enthusiastic and motivated.
Being ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
Accurate knowledge of both the written and verbal English language.
