Description
Receive, interpret, adjust and capture monthly company order requests.
Process, print and distribute all relevant documentation for supplies.
Manage general supply operations in order to ensure continuous rateable supplies to all depots. Liaise closely with the District Manager regarding any major discrepancies.
Liaise with members/suppliers re general queries affecting supplies rail movement and or other issues impacting on mill supplies.
See to and assist members with client applications
Perform back up function to administrator (transport) when required
Assist Commercial Services with special markets by following up on market schedules,used and unused delivery notes. Ensures used delivery notes are all processed for payment and close out any queries.
Assists with the deduction agreements by keeping an up to date spread sheet working closely with TSD.
General Clerical function

Maintain liaison between Company office and the general public, suppliers, customers, contractors and District Office

thereby ensuring a positive & efficient image of the company.

Attend to the day to day administration under the control of the General Manager including:

– Submitting monthly reports to Head Office (order requests, delivery schedules).

– Control tickets for product movement

– Adhere to scheme cut-off dates

– Filing

– Answering of telephone & radio

– Assist Head Office bookkeepers as necessary.
