Administrative Assistant-Montego Pet Nutrition (Pty) Ltd
Montego Pet Nutrition, a market leader in the South African Pet Industry, is looking for a focused, motivated and driven person to take up the position as a Administrative Assistant to assist the Exports department in order to improve efficiency and productivity.
Essential functions and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Manage and maintain schedules, including scheduling travel, conferences and appointments;
Overseeing administrative duties and policies within the organisation and within the office;
Record meeting discussions, action and provide minutes;
Deliver and pick up business related correspondence in the immediate geographic area;
Work with Sales, Marketing and Exports team(s) to create spreadsheets and presentation information for trade shows and meetings;
Provide clerical and general office support to other offices, delegate tasks and responsibilities to other staff members when appropriate;
Co-ordinating the needs and demands of multiple people to create a workable schedule;
Meeting special interest companies or parties on behalf of the Export Manager;
Document queries, complaints and disputes and report to the Export Manager on a regular basis;
Maintain inventory of office supplies, anticipate office needs, evaluate new office products;
Senior Certificate (Grade 12);
Bachelorβs degree or diploma in business administration may be beneficial;
Minimum of 5 years proven Senior Administration Assistant experience;
High level of competency working with MS Office with experience in CRM software being advantegous;
Incumbent will be based in Pretoria;
Valid driverβs license.
