DUTIES:
Assist in compiling letters
Assist in writing basic letters to residents
Handling complaints
Meet and greet visitors, assist them and attend to their requests and queries in a professional, polite and helpful manner.
Form and maintain open and constructive relationships with all who have an interest or statutory duty towards the Village, including owners, tenants, contractors, Managing Agent and Village staff.
Assist owners with levy statement queries
Handle daily cash deposits to include daily balancing and all banking transactions
Ensure that stipulated duties and responsibilities, any relevant legislation, organizational procedures and codes of practice are adhered to.
Answer telephone calls and respond to callers in a polite and helpful manner
Liaise with maintenance contractors and follow-up on maintenance required
Any other reasonable tasks

Qualification:
Grade 12
Recognized qualification in administration (Diploma or similar)
