Processing of banking by:

Receiving COD cash / cheques and preparing bank deposit documentation
Reporting bank deposits daily to Head Office
Resolving outstanding COD queries and reporting current and dated outstanding COD’s to the Dealer Administrator on a daily basis
Assisting with the banking of cash and cheques as and when required
Assisting with the Petty Cash of the Operations Department
Assisting the Dealer Administrator with other related duties
Invoicing

Providing administrative assistance by:

Monitoring stationery stock timeously
Compiling monthly stationery reconciliation and submitting to Head Office
Filing for the department
Creating purchase orders and match invoices – send to the BM for approval
Maintaining outworks reports
Maintaining WIP (Work In Progress)
Following up and checking supplier invoices


Requirements
Grade 12 minimum (Matric)
Driver’s License Code 8 (unendorsed)
General office experience – Industry specific experience is not a prerequisite, but would be an advantage
Computer literate
Excel, Word, E-Mail system
Ability to work under pressure the majority of the time
Ability to work unsupervised the majority of the time
Ability to communicate both verbally and written on all levels – both internally and externally
Ability to work overtime as and when required due to client needs and requirements of the company
Good time management – ability to meet specific deadlines
Attention to detail at all times – accuracy
Excellent listening skills
Self-motivated and reliable
Presentable and of a professional manner at all times
Team player
