Job Details
Receiving of casing verify casing and paperwork match (Tyre, delivery note or job tickets, Serial number)
Capturing information into the job ticket book when required.
Capture all work flows on the SAP system
Managing the process of admin in the factory, receive existing tickets and invoicing.
Verifying the factory delivery note and tyre match the job ticket.
Invoicing the branch or customer directly.
Manage POD register daily and ensures completeness.
Reporting and resolving of discrepancies between the job tickets, tyres and invoices.
Manage the general office stationary requirements.
Liaising with customers, branched and sales specialists regarding feedback and delivery of retreads.
General office admin duties eg. Messages are received.
Assisting with stock count when necessary.
Candidate Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric)
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar field
MS Office basic literacy
SAP knowledge will be an advantage
Advanced working knowledge
Thoroughness, attention to detail and accuracy are essential
Effective time management and planning skills
Ability to work independently, systematically, carefully and consistently
Good interpersonal skills
