Accounts Clerk (Temp-3 month contract)-Cartrack

Overview of role:

The main purpose is to provide an accounting supporting role in order to ensure that all relative information w.r.t the financial records of the company is captured timeously and accurately. To contribute daily to our mission of earning the reputation that we provide all our clients and partners with superior quality technology and information supported by first rate service. The incumbent must uphold our promise to clients that we go beyond the expected.

Job Description

Ensure that all relevant information w.r.t the financial records of the company is captured and reconciled timeously and accurately on Pastel and the financial spreadsheet
Ensure on a daily basis that information captured on the system is accurate
Liaise and follow up on outstanding queries and information on Pastel and the financial spreadsheet as and when required to ensure query resolution within 24 hours
Ensure that all administrative responsibilities are executed and up to date.
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Grade 12 (Accounting)

Studying towards relevant qualification
Pastel Accounting
Excel Intermediate
