Customers Existing Subscribers. All internal divisions; and associate companies particularly; Marketing and Sales.
Outputs β€’ Responsible for providing data analyses for Retention Marketing
β€’ Create accurate and timely analyses on a wide variety of areas including marketing offer operational performance, trend analysis, campaign performance and subscriber behavior and responses to marketing offers.
β€’ Additional responsibilities may include offer forecasting and assist Retention program managers in developing and maintaining operational dashboards.
β€’ Develop new analytical tools and enhance existing ones where needed.
β€’ Provide insight into and develop new ideas and approaches to improve operational results.
β€’ Partner with various teams such as Customer analytics, Customer Care, agency and Marketing teams to understand enterprise trends, competitive environment and their impacts on subscriber behavior and provide conclusions and recommendations to business owners.
β€’ Consolidate information and present to program managers and senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Education & Experience β€’ Bachelor’s Degree and 5-10 years relevant experience
β€’ Prefer candidates with degree in quantitative analysis, mathematics, economics or finance with prior experience in consumer services and products, specifically in a Marketing and Retention environment
β€’ Prefer candidates with educational background or working experience with statistics
β€’ Highly analytical and creative thinker
β€’ Must be self-directed, organized and detail oriented as well as have the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment
β€’ Excellent communication skills including an ability to communicate and work effectively with business managers and diverse cross-functional groups
β€’ Ability to accommodate change and adapt accordingly
Competencies Data Analysis: Knowledge of statistical theory and applications. Ability to monitor and collect data to assess accuracy, validity, and integrity. Ability to analyze statistics and other data. Ability to interpret and evaluate results, and create reports and/or presentations
β€’ Analytical Thinking: Identifies issues; obtains relevant information, relates and compares data from different sources, and identifies alternative solutions
β€’ Reporting: Communicating the scope of work and findings or recommendations. Communicating clearly and objectively the work done and the resulting findings. Use appropriate standards for reporting certain findings or recommendations.
β€’ Problem Solving: Identifies problems, determines possible solutions, and actively works to resolve the issues.
β€’ Good Teamwork & interpersonal skills.
β€’ Persuasive, able to put across a point of view convincingly. Able to work with and through people to accomplish goals.
β€’ Strong communication skills. Solid presentation development and delivery skills. High standard of English Language – written and verbal.
β€’ Results orientated: have energy and drive Analytical ability to identify key issues and opportunities and create clarity out of complexity
